Shipping Policy

Most in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.  It typically takes 5 to 10 business days to receive your order from the time of purchase; however, allow up to 14 business days for final delivery. Currently LBW Specialty Shooters Supply will only ship inside of the continental United States.

Returns and Exchange Policy

We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund. Some products must be unopened for return and we reserve the right to refuse any return for any reason including being returned outside of the 30 days or returned without a receipt.

Of course there are items that require they be shipped to a local FFL. When ordering these items you will be contacted for further information if the shipping address information is not validated as an approved FFL.

FFL Transfers

Online Federal Law requires that you must be at least 18 years old to purchase long guns, and at least 21 years old to purchase handguns.  All firearms will be shipped to a dealer with a valid and current FFL. Below is an easy check list of actions that you must take to complete any firearms purchase:

1. Verify that the firearm you wish to purchase from LBW Specialty Shooters Supply meets the laws of your state, county, or city. You may need to contact your local FFL dealer to verify the laws.  It is your responsibility to make sure that your purchase is legal under all federal, state, county or city laws to purchase the fire arm from LBW Specialty Shooters Supply LLC.

2. Find an FFL holder near you that will accept the transfer of the firearm for you. This can be your local Gun Shop, Pawn Shop, Gun Range or any other retail location that holds a current FFL and will help you with your transaction. Here is a link to some FFL dealers in your area. Remember to ask whether they are a brick and mortar retail store, because we do not ship to individuals with FFL’s.

3. Contact your FFL and tell them you would like to transfer a firearm from LBW Specialty Shooters Supply. The transfer of the firearm is between you and the FFL holder. You must abide by their procedures especially when it comes to following Federal, State and Local laws. You must confirm the transfer with your local FFL holder. They will most likely charge a transfer fee so please ask them how much they charge.

4. Once your FFL holder receives your firearm, you will need to pick it up. Upon arrival at your FFL holder, inspect your firearm to make certain that everything is acceptable before filling out the necessary paperwork.

If you have questions about the FFL swap process, or about the firearm specifically, please contact us at (540) 333-3876, or email lbwshooters@outlook.com
